twenty twenty five
reflections and reliables
HNY!!! As I’m writing this (16 days into the new year), I’m realizing that mentally it still feels like January 1st. My closets still need to be cleaned out, my 2026 planner still hasn’t arrived, and I have yet to create any sort of vision board for the year. These are all things I truly look forward to, but I came to the realization that putting pressure on myself to have everything set in stone in the first week of the year takes the joy and excitement out of the whole process. I can’t wait to give my closet a refresh to make room for newness. And once my planner arrives, I’ll go and sit down at my favorite coffee shop to fill in my exciting plans. And one day, when I’m feeling extra inspired, I’ll scroll through Pinterest and think of all the big dreams I have- but for now, I’m going to take it day by day and slowly settle into 2026.

Now onto the pieces and things that carried me through 2025….
the clothes
The $150 jeans that are the next best thing to my vintage Levi’s.
Finally found the perfectly oversized cable knit sweater.
Okay, I know I said I’d limit it to five per category…but a short-sleeve tee and long- sleeve tee count as one, right? I’ve done my research here and these are the tees I reach for most.
The Still Here Sport Jeans are easily one of the coolest pieces in my wardrobe, but still versatile enough to wear multiple times a week.
My go-to leather jacket (under $250).
the accessories
If you don’t know about these loafers yet, then I have failed at my job. Also always wearing these.
Akila Ceres sunnies stay on me at all times
Most asked question of 2025 was about this phone chain.
My everyday earring stack consists of these bezel drop earrings and these Dorsey earrings.
My go to work tote, travel tote, and everything in between.
My Vivrelle membership was like a little surprise each month and I highly recommend to anyone who is always eyeing the newest bags, but can’t fully commit. Use code SHIREYDANIELS for your first month free.
the beauty
My everyday concealer/foundation situation.
My signature scent if you will. Use code SHIREY15.
I dream about putting on these eye patches.
Air dry magic. I’ve gone through so many bottles. Use code SHIREY15.
These masks bring my skin back to life. I use 1-2 times a week.
the homewares
My husband claims these coasters aren’t very practical, but they bring me so much joy.
I keep these candles stocked so I never have to go a day without lighting one.
I love collecting these silver bud vases. I grab them from my grandmother’s silver collection or antique stores, but Etsy has so many.
Could not last a day without my Weezie towels.
Here’s to many more fabulous finds in 2026…..
Lmk what you want to see more of this year!
